EFK Holds ISO-Based Workshop & Training to Enhance Internal Auditor Competence

Jakarta — As part of its commitment to fostering a culture of quality and integrity across all levels of the organization, PT Elnusa Fabrikasi Konstruksi (EFK) held a Workshop & Training on Internal Auditing and Integrated Management Systems. This initiative provided in-depth training on international standards including ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management), ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management), ISO 45001:2018 (Occupational Health and Safety), and ISO 37001:2016 (Anti-Bribery Management).

The two-day workshop, held on May 14–15, 2025, in Jakarta, was attended by representatives from various functions across the company. Through this training, participants were equipped with the knowledge and skills to conduct internal audits and gain a deep understanding of each ISO standard integrated within the company’s management system.

The training featured two speakers from PT Elnusa Tbk (Elnusa): Sahril, SM Quality Management at Elnusa, and Ratri Fatmawati, Quality Assurance Analyst, who shared their insights and firsthand experience in implementing integrated management systems within the oil and gas industry.

In addition to theoretical sessions, participants took part in internal audit simulations as a practical exercise to strengthen their competencies. This approach aims to enable participants to apply audit methodologies effectively and identify improvement opportunities constructively.
