EFK Facilitates 66 Workers in Performing Qurban, Strengthening Harmony in Uniting Energy

In an effort to strengthen spiritual values and the culture of sharing in the workplace, PT Elnusa Fabrikasi Konstruksi (EFK) facilitated 66 employees in performing the Qurban ritual for Eid al-Adha 1446 H. This number reflects a 13.79% increase compared to the previous year. Through this program, the company provided full support by supplying sacrificial animals on behalf of each selected employee (Shohibul Qurban).

A total of 7 cows and 11 goats were prepared—an increase of more than 50% from the previous year. These animals were distributed across 13 EFK operational areas, including both workshops and project sites. The slaughter process took place from June 6 to 9, 2025, with distribution involving local community leaders to ensure the benefits reached the right people evenly. More than 25,000 individuals received benefits from this Qurban distribution.

EFK Director Ari Wijaya stated that this Qurban program is a tangible form of the company’s support for employees wishing to fulfill their religious duties.
“We want our employees to feel ease and comfort when performing their worship. Through this program, we also hope the spirit of sharing continues to grow and brings positive impact, not just within the workplace but also to the surrounding communities,” he said.

Ari added that the program is conducted annually as part of the company’s ongoing commitment.
“This initiative is not only about distributing sacrificial meat, but also about keeping the spirit of togetherness and care alive within our work environment and the broader community,” he explained.

Through this program, EFK provides a space for employees to perform their Qurban while also actualizing the company’s AKHLAK values in a concrete way. The employees act not only as Shohibul Qurban, but also as symbols of compassion and harmony between the company and the community.
