Improve Perwira's Competencies and Knowledge, EFK Held Workshop and Coaching Clinic Business Plan

Friday, 6 October 2023 – PT Elnusa Fabrikasi Konstruksi (EFK), together with the Strategic Planning Corporate Management (SPCM) function of PT Elnusa Tbk (Elnusa) held a hybrid Business Plan Workshop and Coaching Clinic on Friday (6/10) at the EFK Iskandarsyah Office, Jakarta. Present as resource persons were VP Strategic Planning & Corporate Management (SPCM), Ferdiansyah, and Sr. Elnusa Business Analyst & Investment Expert, Adisti Dwi Karina.

The aim of implementing the workshop agenda is to improve the competency of Perwira EFK and to realize their commitment to providing excellent service. This agenda is the first step for developing EFK's business in synergy and collaboration so that the implementation of business planning and development can run smoothly and productively.

The workshop agenda was attended by selected Perwira EFK who were related to business planning. EFK Director, Ari Wijaya, who was also present, expressed his hopes regarding the implementation of the workshop agenda.

"Hopefully the workshop held today will be a useful first step and investment in knowledge for Perwira EFK in collaborating to develop EFK. "Apart from that, this agenda is able to provide a new perspective on our future performance," said Ari.

The workshops and coaching clinics are filled with providing material regarding business performance, including understanding and deepening the market and industry, the company's business framework, and learning by best practice as an effort to develop the performance of Perwira EFK.

In presenting the workshop material, Ferdiansyah and Karina also provided several examples and an understanding of the parts that must be prepared in making a business plan. This topic is interesting for Perwira EFK to discuss effectively and collaborate to increase understanding of business planning.

Apart from that, Ferdiansyah also said that the workshop and coaching clinic agenda he led could be a learning medium to increase useful knowledge for Perwira EFK.

"Through workshops and coaching clinics, we can improve the competency and hone the potential of Perwira EFK so that later they can carry out structured and constructive business plans for the development of EFK's work business." (AMR)
