Elnusa Ready to Supply 35,000 OCTG Tubing Materials to PHR until 2025

PT Elnusa Tbk (Elnusa) through its subsidiary PT Elnusa Fabrikasi Konstruksi (EFK) has entered into an agreement with PT Pertamina Hulu Rokan (PHR) by signing a contract for the procurement of OCTG tubing material and other equipment. More than 35,000 OCTG tubing materials will be supplied by EFK to support upstream oil and gas needs related to drilling and production carried out by PHR as one of the largest crude oil producers in Indonesia.

The cooperation contract agreement will be valid until 2025 with a Call of Order mechanism and material delivery in stages over a period of 24 months. The first stage of material delivery is targeted to be on site in August 2024. The manufacturing process for the OCTG tubing material itself is carried out at the EFK Workshop facility in Batam, Riau Islands.

“OCTG tubing plays an important role in ensuring safe and efficient oil and gas extraction. "By utilizing quality materials, it is hoped that they will have high strength, corrosion resistance and durability, so that the hydrocarbons in the Rokan Block can be processed properly," explained Rudi Ariffianto, Corporate Secretary of Pertamina Hulu Rokan.

EFK Director, Ari Wijaya also expressed his gratitude for the opportunity and trust that PHR has given to EFK. We are also ready to provide the best performance and reliable service," added Ari.

Ari also hopes that with its capabilities and experience, EFK is optimistic that it can meet the need for tubing material supplies to PHR, "Hopefully the entire procurement process can run smoothly and OTOBOSOR (On Time, On Budget, On Safety, On Return)," he concluded.
